Designing the gift packaging technique plus training and a manual for Selfridges staff.

Arona was an invaluable resource to Selfridges when we launched our stunning new gift packaging.  She worked with a number of teams across the business from the creative team finalising the look of the product to the logistics department informing us what equipment we needed at till points.

We were keen to upgrade our in-store packaging and gift wrap options, with a view to emphasising the luxury experience for long-term customers and new visitors to the bookshop. To understand how best to approach this, we needed an expert, and Arona proved to be every bit the authority we had been told she was. Now, our customers often comment on the presentation of our wrapping, and the design of our tissue paper and gift boxes, all thanks to Arona’s collaboration. Designing, product sourcing and wrapping of the awards for GlaxoSmithKline. On this occasion it included unusual items like coco sticks and starfish instead of more traditional materials!

Wrapping a number of engagement gifts for a Coptic Christian engagement ceremony. Some were wrapped individually then overwrapped in groups on platters.

Deliwraps asked me to show that their food wrapping papers could be used to transform products into presents. I created a number of original ways to present food using printed and plain papers.
