There may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to limitations of photographic and web processes. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your browser software or computer system.

Description of Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
Purchase of products
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. You confirm your order by clicking on ???? button and are then directed to Protx in order to enter your credit or debit card details. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered together with a unique order reference number. We will send you a despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it before it has been despatched.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error

By making an offer to buy a Product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Payment
All prices including VAT (where applicable) are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus postage and packing. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Methods of Payment
Online payment can be made by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Electron. All transactions are in pounds sterling (GBP/£).
If you are ordering from overseas a multi-currency converter on the order form will enable you to calculate the total amount in your local currency.

Credit Card Security
We use Protx to process our card transactions and do not hold your credit/debit card details or other sensitive information on our site. Having completed our order form you will be transferred to Protx to enter your card details. These details are secured by 128-bit encrypted sessions. Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders paid for by credit or debit card within seven days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery, subject to stock availability and postal conditions. Orders paid for by cheque require four working days for clearance and are then despatched in the same manner.
Returns and Refund Policy
Should you purchase any goods from AronaKhan.com that are faulty, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund. All items must be returned within seven days of receipt in the original, undamaged packaging. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

When you place an order, we only ask for details necessary to process your order. We also ask for a contact telephone number in the unlikely event that there is a query or problem.
